No forms, no searching — Maca already has your context.
Maca doesn't just track. Maca knows.
Four things that turn a chat into a coach that actually helps.
- 01
Talk naturally
Say it or type it, the way you'd tell a friend: “Hey Maca, I had chicken with rice.” No forms, no endless food lists.
- 02
Maca knows your day
What you ate, what you have left, how much you moved and what you trained — without you repeating yourself.
- 03
Maca remembers your progress
Your goals, your history and how you've been evolving. Ask “how am I doing?” and the answer comes from your weeks, not your last message.
- 04
Know what to do next
The part that matters: one clear call for right now — dinner, training, rest — with all of your context behind it.
Your coach is ready when you are.
“Hey Maca…”
Four questions you'll actually ask. Four answers you can act on.
Hey Maca, what should I eat tonight?
You've got 620 kcal left and you're 38 g short on protein. Chicken with rice and a salad closes the day right.
Hey Maca, how many calories do I have left?
620 of 2,150. Dinner and a small dessert still fit.
Hey Maca, should I train today?
You did upper body yesterday and slept short. Go easy on legs, or walk today and lift tomorrow.
Hey Maca, how am I doing this week?
Five of seven days on target, and the trend is going your way. Hold the weekend and the block lands.

Why people stay with Maca
The same goal, three very different experiences.
| Feature | Maca | Calorie apps | AI chatbots |
|---|---|---|---|
| Getting your day in | One sentence — talk or type | Search and tap, item by item | You explain everything again |
| Knows what you ate today | Always, without asking | Only what you typed in | No idea |
| Knows your goals and history | Your whole progress, summarised | A number on a screen | Starts from zero every chat |
| Tells you what to do next | A concrete call for right now | Totals — you decide | Generic advice |
| Real food, cooked at home | Describe it and it's counted | You eyeball the portions | A different guess each time |
| Consistency | The same meal, the same numbers | Depends who typed the entry | A different answer each time |
| What it costs you daily | A few seconds | Minutes of tapping | A conversation from scratch |
Tracking tells you what happened. Maca tells you what to do next.

Questions, answered straight
What exactly is Maca?
A personal health coach that lives on your phone. You tell Maca what you eat and how you move — talking or typing — and Maca keeps your day, your goals and your progress together, so what you get back is about you, not about people in general.
Is this a calorie counter?
Your calories and protein are there, kept up to date, but they're the means, not the point. Maca's job is to answer “so what do I do now?” — what to have for dinner, whether to train today, how the week is really going.
Do I have to log everything by hand?
No. One sentence is enough — “chicken with rice and a salad” — and Maca takes it from there. It only asks when something genuinely isn't clear.
Does Maca remember me?
Yes. Your goals, your history and how you've been evolving stay with Maca, so you never have to explain yourself twice.
Is my data private?
Your profile, meals, chats and workouts live in your own account, and only you can see them. We never sell your data. Our support team can look at your records solely to fix a problem you report to us.
Which languages does Maca speak?
Spanish today. English and Portuguese are on the way — the waitlist is how you hear about it first.
Is there an iPhone version?
Android first. iOS is on the roadmap — join the waitlist and we'll tell you the day it lands.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. You can keep going offline and everything syncs the next time you're connected.
Is it really free?
Yes, free during the beta with everything included. Pro will come later with extra features; what you use today stays honest.
Say “Hey Maca” and stop guessing.
